The scope of work, deliverables, and payment terms will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements with each client.

3. Payment and Fees

Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees as outlined in the service contract.
Payments are due on the specified dates on the contract, and failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination.
Refunds are not provided once services have commenced unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary information, assets, and approvals on time.
Clients must comply with social media platform policies (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Sustainable Reach is not liable for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials or approvals.

5. Intellectual Property

Any content created by Sustainable Reach remains the agency’s intellectual property until full payment is received.
Clients grant us permission to use case studies, testimonials, and anonymized results for marketing purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sustainable Reach is not responsible for any losses, including financial or reputational damage, resulting from the use of our services.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 5 days.
If a client terminates before the contract end date, any unpaid balance must be settled.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, and use client data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Bangalore.

10. Changes to Terms
